心律失常是慢性肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)的常见并发症之一。晚近国内外报道肺心病心律失常的发生率日益增多,提示肺心病心律失常并非罕见,从而应扭转既往少见的片面认识。
Arrhythmia is one of the common complications of chronic cor pulmonale (referred to as pulmonary heart disease). Recent reports of an increasing incidence of pulmonary heart disease arrhythmia at home and abroad, suggesting that pulmonary heart disease arrhythmia is not uncommon, which should reverse the previous one-sided understanding of one-sided.
