为了能够在中国开展离合器关键寿命预测试验,以支持离合器零部件产品的预开发工作,文中尝试以中国某城市用户道路作为试验环境,采集并统计与汽车工况及驾驶行为相关的车辆、离合器运行数据,通过一定的计算模型对离合器摩擦生热量和温度等参数进行处理和验证,以得到寿命预测结果,并对其加以分析,从而实现对离合器关键寿命的一次探索性预测。
