不知不觉中,打造“快乐高效课堂”的行动在我们学校已经开展三年多了,快乐高效的理念已经深入到每一名教师心中,也渗透到每个教学环节中。老师们因为学校的这个活动而提升了自我,学校反过来也因为老师们的参与和进步而蓬勃发展。在市教育局把我校列为首批小班化教学试点以后,我结合本校提出的快乐高效课堂教学与小班化教学进行了一系列的研究,取得了一定的研究成果。一、通过分组合作提高课堂效率。学生之间在智力、性格、行为习惯、性别等等方面都是各
Unconsciously, to create “Happy and efficient classroom ” action in our school has been carried out more than three years, the concept of happy and efficient has been deep into every teacher’s mind, but also infiltrated into each teaching session. Teachers have escalated themselves because of this school activity, and the school has also boomed because of teachers’ participation and progress. After the Municipal Education Bureau listed our school as the first small-class teaching pilot, I conducted a series of researches based on the Happy and Efficient Class Teaching and Small-class Teaching that our school put forward and achieved certain research results. First, through the group cooperation to improve classroom efficiency. Students are all intellectual, personality, behavioral, gender and so on
