深圳市第一建筑工程公司一处是最早参加特区建设的专业建筑施工骨干队伍之一,也是市建设集团的一支王牌施工队伍。近来年,在国家宏观调控从紧,建筑市场竞争激烈的情况下,一处员工团结拚搏,开拓进取,以质量求生存,以信誉求发展,取得了突出成绩。他们先后四次荣获市优质样板工程,三次荣获省优质样板工程,所竣工工程优良率100％。经济效益也在逐步提高,1996年完成施工产值1.54亿元,实现利润1567万元,产值和利润分别是改工时(1983年)的20.5倍和66.1倍,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益,多次受到建设集团和上级主管部门的表彰奖励。
