Immune globulin Ig is produced by plasma cells, plasma cells or lymphocytes, the human body every day about 1/4 of immunoglobulin replacement. Healthy people can synthesize 2 to 5 grams of immunoglobulin daily, but in infection, emergency response, the synthesis can increase 7 times.
