4115型柴油机45钢曲轴,设计要求表面硬度为HRC55以上,淬硬层深度为3.5毫米以上,轴颈圆角距端面4毫米内不应有淬硬层,10~4毫米范围内允许硬度降低。我厂制造该曲轴,采用208型中频机组,于简易卧式装置上逐轴颈加热淬火,感应器为半圈开合式。我们设计了曲轴模拟试样进行表面淬火最佳工艺参数试验。在感应器一定的条件下,探讨输出功率、加热时间、喷水状态对淬硬层深度、表面硬度、淬硬区宽度以及对马氏体级别的影响,为制定最佳的工艺参数提供可靠依据。
4115 diesel engine 45 steel crankshaft, the design requirements of the surface hardness of HRC55 above, hardened layer depth of 3.5 mm above the journal fillet within 4 mm from the end should not have hardened layer, 10 to 4 mm range to allow hardness reduction. I plant the manufacture of the crankshaft, the use of 208-IF units, in the simple horizontal device by shaft journal quenching, the sensor is a half-circle opening and closing. We designed the crankshaft simulation sample surface quenching the best process parameters test. The effect of output power, heating time and water spray on the depth of hardened layer, surface hardness, width of hardened zone and martensite grade was discussed under the condition of sensor, which provided a reliable basis for making the best technological parameters .
