研究了使用松解剂和在最优条件下磨浆对废纸浆的影响。结果表明,松解剂使纤维之间的连接减少从而降低了手抄纸的机械强度,但是通过优化磨浆水平可以补偿该机械强度的损失。卫生纸生产厂商可以利用该研究结果来消除松解剂对降低纸张机械强度的负面影响。
The effect of using debonding agent and refining on the waste paper pulp under the optimal conditions was studied. The results show that the release agent reduces the connection between the fibers and thus the mechanical strength of the handsheet, but compensates for the loss of mechanical strength by optimizing the level of refining. Tissue manufacturers can take advantage of this study to eliminate the negative impact of release agents on reducing the mechanical strength of paper.
