缺血性脑损伤机制复杂,目前治疗仅限于溶栓和机械性血管再通。钠氢交换器(sodium/hydrogen exchanger,NHE)是细胞膜上的跨膜转运糖蛋白,能调节细胞内pH值稳定,同时调节细胞容量的重要离子通道。NHE在缺血性脑损伤中发挥重要作用,NHE抑制剂的保护作用为临床治疗提供方向和思路。从NHE的结构和生理功能、调控及在缺血性脑损伤中的作用进行综述。
The mechanism of ischemic brain injury is complex and the current treatment is limited to thrombolysis and mechanical revascularization. Sodium / hydrogen exchanger (NHE) is a membrane-spanning transmembrane transport glycoprotein that regulates intracellular pH stability and regulates cell capacity as an important ion channel. NHE plays an important role in ischemic brain injury. The protective effect of NHE inhibitor provides direction and train of thought for clinical treatment. The structural and physiological functions of NHE, regulation and their role in ischemic brain injury are reviewed.
