每无最期特的就是早上起床的那一刻:从冰箱里取出前一晚洗好的菜,来到灶台前,花5-10分钟时间制作,拍照消毒后,坐在被植物环绕的阳光房里,美美地享受一顿早餐。这便是我个天的开始。遇到有很喜欢的早餐,就配上最近看书时摘录的文字,做成早安图,隔三差五分享在朋友圈。这件事情做久了,很多朋友们都会问我两个问题:一是为什么要分享早餐;二是为什么我能坚持这么久。
