研究了 mullite(w) 含量对 mullite(w)/TZP 复合材料显微结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当mullite(w)含量大于15 v.-%,热压温度超过1600℃时复合材料将开裂;原因是 Y_2O_3从 TZP 中脱溶进入玻璃相。mullite(W)含量在5-20 V.-%时,室温力学性能与基质 TZP 大致相同:σ_f=1200MPa,K_(IC)=12MPa2~(1/m);而1000℃时复合材料抗弯强度为360-430MPa,是基质 TZP 的1.8-2.1倍。
The effects of mullite (w) content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of mullite (w) / TZP composites were investigated. The results show that the composites will crack when the content of mullite (w) is more than 15 v .-% and the hot pressing temperature exceeds 1600 ℃. The reason is that Y 2 O 3 desolves from the TZP into the glass phase. When the content of mullite (W) is 5-20 V .-%, the mechanical properties at room temperature are almost the same as the matrix TZP: σ_f = 1200MPa and K_ (IC) = 12MPa2 ~ (1 / m) Is 360-430 MPa, 1.8-2.1 times that of the matrix TZP.
