振动筛是工程上常用的筛分设备,物料的松散是影响筛分效率的主要因素。提出了密实度的一种全新定义,在此定义上获得了松散与分层在理论上的量化关系。应用DEM(Discrete Element Method,离散单元法)模拟和分析了筛分过程,并根据仿真试验结果建立了密实度与筛分时间、松散区域下限高度的关系曲线图,从而论述该定义的合理性,为今后研究振动筛筛分参数对松散的影响提供指导。
Vibrating screen is commonly used in engineering screening equipment, material looseness is the main factor affecting the screening efficiency. A new definition of compactness is proposed. In this definition, the quantitative relationship between looseness and stratification is theoretically obtained. The DEM (Discrete Element Method) method was used to simulate and analyze the screening process. Based on the simulation results, the relationship curve between the density and the screening time and the height of the lower limit of the loose area was established.
