一些宗教千年不朽而不少企业却瞬间即逝,如果企业成员能像笃信宗教般在灵魂上认同企业文化,企业管理就能达到无为而治的最高境界,企业就能基业长青。儒教、道教、佛教、伊斯兰教、基督教文化对企业管理均有显著的影响,理论和实例都表明:凡是卓越的企业或公司都具有“教派般的企业文化”。宗教与企业管理科学当属同根同源,只有在管理实践中将两者有机地结合起来,企业的业绩才会有一个大的提升。
Some religions are immortal and many enterprises are fleeting. If the members of the enterprise can identify with the corporate culture like religious belief in their souls, then the management of the enterprise can reach the highest state of doing nothing by doing anything and the enterprise can grow by itself. Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, Christian culture have a significant impact on business management, theory and examples have shown that: all outstanding companies or companies have a “sectarian corporate culture.” Religion and business management science belong to the same roots, only in the management of the organic combination of both, the performance of enterprises will have a big improvement.
