1983年颁布的《热水锅炉安全技术监察规程》第96条中提出“在锅炉出口与截止阀之间应装一根内径不小于50mm的泄放管,管子上应装有泄放阀。”其目的是“为防止循环水泵突然停止给水造成锅炉的压力和水温急剧上升。”实际就是防止炉水汽化。在新修定的《热水锅炉安全技术监察规程》中,虽然没有如上明确的说明,但是仍规定了在锅筒最高处应装设公称通径不小于25mm的放气管。泄放管及阀的作用是什么?在紧急泄放时应该如何操作?本文简要介绍如下。 1 泄放管及泄放阀的作用热水锅炉在正常运行时,其内部的炉水是处于高的温度和压力之下。如果这时突然发生停电或循环水
