目的分析扬中市螺情与血吸虫病病情的关系,探索符合当前血防工作实际情况的防控指标。方法对1989-2008年扬中市血吸虫病防治资料进行回顾性分析,采用全国统一的血吸虫病达标县血吸虫病疫情资料回顾调查软件,建立血吸虫病疫情资料回顾调查数据库,分析疫情(螺情、病情)指标年间变化、有螺面积占历史面积比例、实现目标与防治时间关系等。结果 1989年和2008年,扬中市钉螺密度分别为0.055、0.141只/0.1m2,上升了156.36%;钉螺面积分别为42.04、277.36hm2,上升了559.77%;人群血清学检查阳性率分别为0.62%、0.48%,病原学检查阳性率分别为5%、0。1989-2008年未发生急性血吸虫感染。结论扬中市虽然螺情形势严峻,但通过行之有效地落实防治措施,血吸虫病疫情仍处于稳定状态。
Objective To analyze the relationship between snail infection and schistosomiasis in Yangzhong City and to explore the prevention and control index which accords with the actual situation of blood-shelter work. Methods The data of prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis in Yangzhong city from 1989 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The survey data of the schistosomiasis epidemic in up to standard county of schistosomiasis in China were retrospectively collected. A review database of schistosomiasis prevalence was established to analyze the epidemic situation (snail, illness) Indicators of changes in the years, there is a spiral area ratio of historical area, to achieve the target and the time of prevention and treatment. Results In 1989 and 2008, the snail density in Yangzhong was 0.055,0.141 /0.1m2, an increase of 156.36%. The area of snails was 42.04,277.36hm2, an increase of 559.77%. The positive rates of serological tests were 0.62% , 0.48%, the positive rate of etiological examination were 5%, 0. 1989-2008 acute schistosomiasis did not occur. Conclusion Although the snail situation is grim in Yangzhong City, the epidemic of schistosomiasis is still in a stable state through the effective implementation of prevention and control measures.
