为了观察视盘病变对视网膜循环时间的影响,根据101例眼底荧光血管造影资料对其视网膜循环时间进行了统计分析。结果表明44例(44只眼)视盘病变患者的视盘视网膜中央动脉分支中出现荧光的时间(均数±标准差,其余同)为13.6±3.9秒;静脉分支中出现荧光充盈的时间为17.4±3.9秒;静脉各分支完全充盈时间为25.2±5.9秒;视网膜微循环时间为3.8±1.9秒;视网膜完全充盈时间为11.8±3.9秒。作为对照的26例(26只眼)眼底荧光血管造影图像正常者的上述时间分别为12.6±2.5秒、14.8±2.5秒、20.7±3.1秒、2.2±0.5秒和8.1±2.0秒;31例(31只眼)中心性浆液性视网膜病变患者的上述时间分别为13.3±2.2秒、15.7±1.1秒、21.9±2.8秒、2.4±0.5秒和8.7±1.6秒。视盘病变组与后两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。这一结果说明在视盘发生病变时,视网膜循环时间与正常荧光图像组和中心性浆液性视网膜病变组相比明显延长。
In order to observe the optic disc lesions on retinal circulation time, according to 101 cases of fundus fluorescein angiography data on the retinal circulation time were analyzed. The results showed that the fluorescence time (mean ± standard deviation, rest) was 13.6 ± 3.9 seconds in the retinal central branch of the optic disc in 44 eyes (44 eyes) of patients with optic disc disease, and the fluorescence filling time in the vein branch was 17.4 ± 3.9 seconds; vein full filling time of each branch was 25.2 ± 5.9 seconds; retinal microcirculation time was 3.8 ± 1.9 seconds; retinal full filling time was 11.8 ± 3.9 seconds. The control subjects had normal fundus fluorescein angiography images of 12.6 ± 2.5 seconds, 14.8 ± 2.5 seconds, 20.7 ± 3.1 seconds, 2.2 ± 0.5 seconds, and 8.1 ± 2.0 seconds, respectively. Twenty-one of the 26 patients (26 eyes) 31 eyes) of patients with central serous retinopathy were 13.3 ± 2.2 seconds, 15.7 ± 1.1 seconds, 21.9 ± 2.8 seconds, 2.4 ± 0.5 seconds and 8.7 ± 1.6 seconds, respectively. There was a significant difference between the optic disc lesion group and the latter two groups (P <0.05). This result indicates that retinal circulation time is significantly prolonged compared with the normal fluorescence image group and the central serous retinopathy group in the case of optic disc lesions.
