培养学习型党员干部是建设马克思主义学习型政党基础环节。当前,党员干部的学习情况总体是好的,但一些党员干部的学习情况不容乐观。部分党员干部不重视学习既有自身认识不高、内在动力不足、学习态度不端正等原因,又与学习机制不健全、教育的方式方法陈旧密切相关。培养学习型党员干部既需要广大党员干部的自我努力,又需要完善的学习组织和运行机制,要努力做到“五个结合”。 Cultivating a Learning Party Member Cadre is the Basic Link in Building a Learning Party of Marxism.
