档案是单位在生产、经营、管理、科研等活动中形成的具有保存价值的不同载体的历史记录,是单位资产的重要组成部分,是维护单位经济利益,合法权益和历史面貌的重要凭证,是不可再生资源。因此,档案的安全保管是档案工作最基本的任务。尤其是近些年自然灾害频发,大量档案被掩埋在废墟之中,损毁严重、无法弥补。档案安全管理已经迫在眉睫、刻不容缓,必须引起高度重视。笔者试从档案安全管理入手谈一些粗浅的认识。一、档案安全管理的内涵 Archives are the historical records of different carriers with preserved value formed by the unit in the activities of production, operation, management and scientific research. File security management is imminent, urgent, we must attach great importance. I try to start with the file security management to talk about some superficial understanding. First, the connotation of file security management
