使用通用有限元分析软件对开坯轧制工艺进行仿真模拟,分析了轧制过程中各道次等效应力和等效应变分布,其模拟金属流动规律与实际情况相吻合。笔者将模拟结果中轧件宽展值与已经试验验证的巴赫契诺夫公式宽展公式比较,吻合较好。由此可知,开坯轧制工艺有限元仿真模拟可用于指导工程实践,为轧制工艺制定提供参考。
