针对松散煤层、破碎顶板回采巷道易冒落、难支护等特点,提出了一种主动支护与被动支护相结合的联合支护方式,即“短锚+轻架”组合支护结构。该结构最显著的特点是充分挖掘各种支护材料之间、支护材料与破碎煤岩之间的“相互增强”作用。该支护技术在淮北矿业股份有限公司杨庄煤矿4513工作面回采巷道得到了很好应用,取得了显著效果。
Aimed at the characteristics of loose coal seam, broken roof mining roadway easy to fall off and difficult to support, a new combined support method of active support and passive support is proposed, namely “short anchor + light frame” combined support structure. The most prominent feature of this structure is to fully exploit the “mutual reinforcement” effect between various types of supporting materials, supporting materials and broken coal rock. The support technology in Huaibei Mining Co., Ltd. Yangzhuang Coal Mine 4513 working face mining roadway has been well applied, and achieved remarkable results.
