心理委员作为班委会的一员,为学生的心理健康做出了重要贡献。笔者通过强化入学的心理健康教育,完善心理委员的挑选、培训与考核相结合的考评制度,进一步推行督查、管理、指导相结合的心理委员管理模式,来探讨高职院校班级心理委员的动态化管理模式。 As a member of the committee, psychological committee has made important contribution to students’ mental health.
