人离体血与整体照射诱发淋巴细胞微核率的研究

报道1例淋巴瘤病人进行全身分次X射线照射后,发现离体与整体照射诱发的微核率无显著性差异(p>0.5)。经回归分析表明,不仅配合的模式相同,而且同一指标的回归系数也相当接近。结果表明,在一定的剂量范围内,离体与整体照射的微核剂量效应相同。这使人外周血淋巴细胞微核率有可能作为估算事故受照人员辐射生物剂量的指标。 It was reported that there was no significant difference (p> 0.5) in the frequency of micronuclei induced in vitro and in vivo after a single case of lymphoma patients underwent whole-body X-ray irradiation. Regression analysis shows that not only the pattern of cooperation is the same, but also the regression coefficients of the same index are quite close. The results showed that in a certain dose range, the effect of micronuclei dose in vitro and in vivo was the same. This makes it possible to estimate the micronuclei rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes as an indicator of the biological dose irradiated by an accident victim.
