研究了采用重选脱硫-浮选选煤-浮选选钒工艺处理湖南某石煤钒矿的效果。结果表明:该石煤钒矿在磨矿细度为-0.074mm矿粒占90%条件下,通过重选脱硫-一粗二扫选煤的试验流程,得到含固定碳20.61%、钒0.57%(即V2O5品位约1.02%)、硫2.57%的煤精矿,其发热值是原矿的2.57倍;选煤尾矿经浮选得到含钒0.62%(即V2O5品位约1.11%)的钒精矿。该石煤钒矿经过脱硫-选煤-选钒工艺处理后,固定碳、钒均可得到一定程度的富集,但富集比均较低,属于难选石煤钒矿。
The effect of re-election desulfurization-flotation coal-flotation-vanadium process on a stone coal vanadium mine in Hunan Province was studied. The results show that the quarry coal-vanadium mine can obtain 20.61% of fixed carbon, 0.57% of vanadium by re-selecting the test process of desulfurization - (Ie V2O5 grade is about 1.02%) and 2.57% sulfur is 2.57% of the raw ore. The flotation of the tailing of the coal dressing results in a vanadium concentrate containing 0.62% vanadium (ie, about 1.11% V2O5 grade) . After the stone coal vanadium ore is treated by desulfurization-coal preparation-vanadium selection, the fixed carbon and vanadium can all be enriched to some extent, but the enrichment ratio is lower, which belongs to the refractory stone coal vanadium ore.
