介绍了一种新型的Al/Al_2O_3陶瓷基复合材料。讨论了该材料的烧结机理,研究了烧结气氛对该材料性能的影响。结果表明,助烧剂的合理选择是实现Al/Al_2O_3陶瓷基复合材料在1000℃烧结的关键,助烧剂的粘-塑性流动是材料的主要烧结机理。氢气气氛改变了助烧剂的有效成分,降低了该材料的烧结性能,从而不利于材料物理性能和力学性能的提高。在Al/Al_2O_3陶瓷基复合材料的制造过程中,选择空气气氛是合适的。
A new type of Al / Al_2O_3 ceramic matrix composite is introduced. The sintering mechanism of the material was discussed, and the influence of sintering atmosphere on the properties of the material was studied. The results show that the reasonable choice of sintering aids is the key to achieve the sintering of Al / Al_2O_3 ceramic composites at 1000 ℃. The viscous-plastic flow of sintering aids is the main sintering mechanism of the composites. Hydrogen atmosphere changes the active ingredients of sintering aids, reducing the sintering properties of the material, which is not conducive to material physical and mechanical properties. In the Al / Al_2O_3 ceramic matrix composites manufacturing process, the choice of air atmosphere is suitable.
