对浙贝母叶片、鲜鳞片和干鳞片的基因组ＤＮＡ，采用两种方法进行了提取。并对浙贝母的基因组ＤＮＡ进行了琼脂糖电泳分析。结果表明不同的ＤＮＡ提取方法得到的ＤＮＡ量不同；电泳结果还发现除基因组ＤＮＡ外，还有两条值得进一步研究的谱带。
Two methods were used to extract the genomic DNA of Fritillaria cirrhosa leaves, fresh scales and dry scales. The genomic DNA of T. chinensis was analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the amount of DNA obtained by different DNA extraction methods was different; in addition to the genomic DNA, there were two bands worthy of further study.
