目的观察补气活血汤对乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法将64例中晚期乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例,对照组采用新辅助化疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服中药补气活血汤。观察比较两组治疗前后的免疫功能。结果治疗组治疗前后比较,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞虽然有所下降,CD8虽有所上升,但都无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗前后比较,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞明显下降,CD8明显上升,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD8、NK细胞比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD4/CD8差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新辅助化疗使乳腺癌患者免疫功能明显下降,配合口服中药补气活血汤能使免疫功能明显改善,值得进一步研究。
Objective To observe the effect of Buqi Huoxue Decoction on the immune function of patients with breast neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods Sixty-four patients with advanced breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy was used in the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine Buqi Huoxue Tang was taken orally on the basis of the control group. Observed and compared before and after treatment of immune function. Results Before and after treatment, the levels of CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8 and NK cells decreased but CD8 increased, but there was no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Before and after treatment, CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8, NK cells decreased significantly, CD8 increased significantly, both were statistically significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences in CD3, CD4, CD8 and NK cells between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in CD4 / CD8 between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can significantly reduce the immune function of patients with breast cancer. Combined with oral qiqihuoxue decoction can significantly improve the immune function, worthy of further study.
