由联合国粮农组织、联合国亚洲太平洋经济社会委员会和中华人民共和国国家经济委员会共同举办,联合国开发计划署资助的“亚洲发展中国家农村能源规划讨论会”于1983年4月11日至29在我国举行。参加这次会议的有来自孟加拉、缅甸、中国、马来西亚、尼泊尔、菲律宾、斯里兰卡、泰国等8个国家的代表及联合国有关机构的官员共20余人。这次会议,是继北京南南会议之后,为促进南南合作,我国与联合国有关机构所开展的地区能源合作项目之一。会议的目的是交流亚太地区发展中国家农村能源规划和管 Organized by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, the Asia Pacific Economic and Social Commission of the United Nations and the Economic Commission of the People’s Republic of China, the UNDP Collaborative on Rural Energy Planning in Asian Developing Countries was held in our country from April 11 to April 29, 1983 . More than 20 officials from eight countries including Bangladesh, Myanmar, China, Malaysia, Nepal, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand and officials of the relevant UN agencies attended the meeting. This meeting is one of the regional energy cooperation projects carried out by China and relevant UN agencies to promote South-South cooperation, following the South-South conference in Beijing. The purpose of the meeting is to exchange ideas on rural energy planning and management in developing countries in the Asia Pacific region
