随着我国教育体改改革的深入进行,大多数高等院校为了满足社会经济发展的需要而开设了市场营销专业。虽然高校市场营销专业的设置,为我国培养高素质应用型营销人才奠定了良好的基础。但是由于很多高校在市场营销人才培养的过程中,存在着重视适用型营销知识的培养而忽略了学生职业技能和应用能力培养的重要性,从而导致大多数学生在走向工作岗位之后出现了无法适应工作需要的现象。本文主要是就高校市场营销专业培养目标与课程设置进行了深入的分析和研究,希望可以为我国市场营销专业人才的培养提供积极的参考。
