7月15日晚，浙江省文化廳派出的浙江歌舞剧院有限公司“一带一路”舞蹈专场《风从海上来》在迪拜“拥抱中国”启动仪式上精彩亮相。中宣部常务副部长王晓辉，中国驻阿联酋大使倪坚、驻迪拜总领事李凌冰，“拥抱中国”项目主席、阿联酋航空集团副总裁马吉德亲王、朱马·阿勒马克图姆亲王等重要来宾出席并观看了演出。
On the evening of July 15， Zhejiang Song & Dance Ensemble staged a dance show titled “Winds from the High Sea” in Dubai. The ensemble’s performance in the capital of the United Arab Emirates was commissioned by Zhejiang Administration of Culture. The show celebrated the beginning of Embracing China， a project launched at Dubai. Present at the performance were eminent guests including two UAE princes and the Executive Vice Director Wang Xiaohui of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the CPC， the Chinese ambassador in UAE Ni Jian， Chinese Consul-General in Dubai Li Lingbing.
