本文研究了应用红外光谱测定甲硫氨基酸的方法，并采用一阶导数、二阶导数法，结果显示，导数红外光谱法具有简便、灵活、准确的特点。
In this paper, the method of determining methylthio-amino acid by infrared spectroscopy was studied. The first derivative and the second derivative were used. The results showed that derivative infrared spectroscopy was simple, flexible and accurate.
