为了加强医德医风廉政建设,我院于1996年8月12日在住院部设立了“接待病人咨询处”以接受病人咨询和投拆,接受群众监督,优化服务质量。
In order to strengthen the construction of medical ethics and honest government, our hospital set up a “patient consultation office” in the inpatient department on August 12, 1996 to receive patient consultations and dismantling, accept supervision from the masses, and optimize service quality.
