经济全球化的发展加快了我国旅游行业的快速发展,旅游消费者的数量不断增加促进了我国国民经济的增长,但是也带来一系列问题。消费者权益民法保护方法存在的不足,使我国消费者的合法权益难以受到全面的保护。因此,为了切实保护旅游消费者的合法权益,促进旅游行业的更好发展,有必要加强对旅游消费者权益民法保护的研究,而本文则在这些方面进行了简要的探讨。
The development of economic globalization has accelerated the rapid development of China’s tourism industry. The increasing number of traveling consumers has promoted the growth of our national economy, but it also brought a series of problems. Consumer rights and interests of civil law protection method of existing problems, so that the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in China is difficult to be fully protected. Therefore, in order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the traveling consumers and promote the better development of the tourism industry, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the civil law protection of the rights and interests of the traveling consumers. However, this article makes a brief discussion on these aspects.
