用透射电镜研究了40CrNiMoA钢离子渗氮层的微观组织结构,确定了ε相与γ相的取向关系为:讨论了扩散层中的GP区现象。通过ε相超点阵衍射证实了以氮原子为六方点阵主体的ε相结构模型,探讨了渗氮层相变机理。
The microstructure of ion-nitrided layer in 40CrNiMoA steel was studied by transmission electron microscope. The orientation relationship between ε phase and γ phase was determined as follows: The GP region in the diffusion layer was discussed. By means of ε-phase superlattice diffraction, the ε-phase structure model of nitrogen hexagonal lattice was confirmed, and the phase transformation mechanism of nitrided layer was discussed.
