目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定茵黄二冬胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用WatersC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6nm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(50:50:0.2),流速为1.0mL?min-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温30℃。结果黄芩苷进样量在5μg~55μg(r=0.9997)范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.3%(n=6)。结论本法灵敏度高,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于茵黄二冬胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定。“,”Objective: To develop the determination of scutel oside in the Yinhuang Erdong Capsules by HPLC. Methods: A Waters C18 (250mm×4.6nm, 5μm) column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (50:50:0.2) at a flowrate of 1.0mL?min-1; the wavelength of UV detection w as 280nm, and the columntemperature was 30℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship (r=0.9997)when the injection volume of scutel oside was 5μg~55μg; the average recovery(n=6) was 99.3%. Conclusion: This method is highly sensitive, convenient, accurateand reliable, which can be used to determine scutel oside in the Yinhuang Erdong Capsules.
