振幅、频率及速度是振动压路机路基压实施工时的主要控制参数,因此它们三个参数选取的好坏将直接影响路基的压实质量。为了研究此三个参数在不同水平对压实度的影响,本文设计了以的振动压路机为压实设备,黄土为压实材料,压实度为指标的三因素三水平的正交试验。试验结果表明:各因素不同水平下,压实度随碾压遍数的增加而增大,但增长速率不同;振幅对压实度影响最大,其次是碾压速度,而振动频率对压实度影响较小。试验确定的最佳施工参数为振幅2.0mm,频率30Hz,速度2.4km/h。
The amplitude, frequency and speed are the main control parameters during the construction of vibratory roller embankment. Therefore, the selection of the three parameters will have a direct impact on the compaction quality of roadbed. In order to study the influence of these three parameters on the degree of compaction at different levels, this paper designed a three-level and three-level orthogonal experiment with the vibratory roller as compaction equipment, loess as compacted material and compaction as index. The results showed that the compaction degree increased with the increase of the number of rolling compaction under different levels, but the growth rate was different. The amplitude had the greatest influence on the compaction degree, followed by the compaction rate, while the vibration frequency had no effect on the compaction degree Less affected. The best construction parameters determined by experiment are amplitude 2.0mm, frequency 30Hz and speed 2.4km / h.
