唐钢热轧部1810轧线F1精轧机在进行新工作辊推入轧机机架的过程中发生工作辊落道。为分析事故提出解决方法,通过引入有限元分析,采用增量变刚度法求解了工作辊换辊时轨道的位移场并与现场工况进行了对比验证,证实原工作辊轴承座换辊钩由于设计不合理造成换辊过程中轨道轮对轨道产生了较大的横向冲击作用,建议在现场工作辊的快换中调整换辊钩与推拉液压缸位置,使其趋近于工作辊轴向中心线以减少轨道的磨损。
Roll finishing of the 1810 Rolling Mill in Tangshan Hot Rolling Mill occurred during the roll-off of the new work roll into the roll stand.
