实验研究伺服活塞式控制棒水力驱动机构的工作特性,结合驱动机构的结构特点,分析特征参数随工作状态变化规律。结果表明:随着工作压力升高,伺服管所需牵引力先迅速降低,然后降低速率减缓,最后趋于定值,启动和制动阶段所需牵引力最大;当开始提升时,驱动缸下腔压力缓慢升高,上腔压力迅速降低,下落阶段变化趋势则相反;在启动和制动阶段,流量存在一个明显的快速变化过程,随工作压力升高,流量突变值有所减小,突变时间变化不大;机构运行稳定,灵敏度高,当工作条件存在小扰动时,负载不发生抖动;各个工作状态转换平稳迅速。
