近日,中国证监会颁布了《外资参股基金管理公司设立规则》和《外资参股证券公司设立规则》,并将于7月1日开始实施。这两项规则的出台,使得困扰外资参股基金管理公司和外资参股证券公司的法规问题迎刃而解。市场人士普遍认为,外资大举进入国内证券行业的行动,已进入了倒计时阶段。据不完全统计,目前已经公布准备合资的券商有10家、基金管理公司也有7家。
Recently, China Securities Regulatory Commission promulgated the Rules for the Establishment of Foreign-invested Share Fund Management Companies and the Rules for the Establishment of Foreign-invested Securities Companies, which will be implemented on July 1. The promulgation of these two rules solved the regulatory problems that plagued foreign-invested fund management companies and foreign-invested securities companies. Market participants generally believe that large-scale foreign investment into the domestic securities industry has entered the countdown stage. According to incomplete statistics, there are currently 10 brokerages preparing joint ventures and 7 fund management companies.
