Employees’ emotions are directly related to the company’s safety in production and team stability. Emotional management has become an important means of promoting the safe production of enterprises. This essay begins with the reason of inducing employee emotional changes, analyzes the harmful effects of bad emotions on the enterprises, and studies the countermeasures to strengthen employee emotional management.
