以酸洗蛭石为基质培养玉米幼苗,再用分根培养法将玉米幼苗栽培于霍格兰特不完全营养液中,20天后分析根系和茎叶中磷锌含量。结果表明,无锌处理的玉米出现“花白叶”,无磷处理的玉米则出现紫红色的缺素典型症状,生育严重受阻。分浸于含磷或含锌液体中的根系不影响幼苗整体对磷锌的吸收量,证实两种营养离子进入植体内有极强的横向
The pickled vermiculite was used as the substrate to culture corn seedlings, and the seedlings of corn were cultivated in incomplete nutrient solution of Hoagland by rooting method. The contents of phosphorus and zinc in roots and stems and leaves were analyzed 20 days later. The results showed that there were “white leaves” in maize without zinc treatment and typical symptoms of magenta deficiency in maize without phosphorus treatment, with serious obstruction of fertility. Submerged in phosphorus-containing or zinc-containing liquid root system does not affect the overall seedling phosphorus and zinc absorption, confirmed that the two nutrients into the implant has a very strong horizontal
