在课堂教学中,教师应当怎样激励学生呢?从笔者的一个教学案例中也许可以悟出一些道理。[案例]某天准备上课前,我发现自己的办公桌上有一些喜糖。哦,也许是新婚的同事特意留下的。这么多的喜糖我也吃不完。怎么办呢?这时,我忽然想出了一个主意:给在课堂上表现好的学生发喜糖。对,就这么办。于是,我抓了一大把糖走进了教室。在呈现和操练了主要句型后,我让学生组成四人小组进行对话。为了用上自己准备的糖果,我事先对学生说:如果谁能流利地朗读本课的对话,我就给谁发一颗糖。学生们立
