在现代企业中,企业的管理越来越趋向于人本管理,也就是人学理念。在企业的演变中,企业管理的重点也从物品转移到人本上面,这代表着企业管理质的飞跃,同时也表明了企业的管理者已经认识到人本对于企业管理经营的重要性。企业进行人本管理不仅是时代进步的结果,而且还是企业发展的必然。在现代的企业管理中,人本管理是其灵魂所在。在我国推行人本管理不仅非常具有现实意义,而且还非常具有长远意义。
In modern enterprises, the management of enterprises tends to be more and more people-oriented management, that is, people learn philosophy.
