心电图心得安试验是鉴别慢性冠状动脉供血不足与非特异性ST—T 改变的一种安全有效方法,但是,尚未见心得安试验引起急性心肌梗塞的报告。笔者遇1例,报告如下。患者,男,43岁。主因阵发性心前区疼痛一个月入院。一个月前在劳累后出现心前区疼痛憋闷,向左肩胛区放射,并有双上肢麻木感伴出冷汗,持续时间约10分钟左右,以后休息时也有发生。近10天来每日发作2～3次。发作时STv_3抬高,STⅡ,Ⅲ、aVF下移,口含硝酸甘油可以缓解。为明确诊断而来我院就诊。心电图检查Tv_1>Tv_(?),当日上午9点踏车运动试验,从75W 开始共踏4分钟,最高达100W,ST Cardiac Andean test is a safe and effective method to identify chronic coronary insufficiency and nonspecific ST-T changes.
