目的:研究黄果西番莲茎枝的化学成分。方法:从黄果西番莲茎枝中分离得到6个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱学分析,鉴定它们的化学结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别是异荭草素(1)、木犀草素6-C-β-D-鸡纳糖苷(2)、木犀草素6-C-β-L-岩藻糖苷(3)、牡荆素(4)、异牡荆素-4′-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、5,8-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3ol(6)。结论:化合物5首次从该属植物中分到,化合物1,5,6均为首次从该种植物中分出。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the stems of Passiflora edulis. Methods: Six compounds were isolated from stems and leaves of Passiflora edulis, and their chemical structures were identified according to physicochemical and spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated and identified as isoorientin (1), luteolin 6-C-β-D-cinnaidene (2), luteolin 6-C-β- Glycosides (3), Vitexin (4), Isorientin-4’-O-α-L-rhamnoside (5), 5,8-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3ol (6). CONCLUSION: Compound 5 was first fractionated from this genus, and compounds 1, 5 and 6 were isolated from this species for the first time.
