林业部调查规划院吕军同志在一次学习《邓小平文选》的辅导报告会上,谈及林业调查规划工作如何适应新形势的问题,他认为广大调查规划人员要有一种立志改革、勇于创新的精神,目前队伍的精神面貌不行,知识面也窄,如果几十年如一日,老是那一套,面积,蓄积,一笔大数,而置国情与林情于不顾,这样下去,工作怎么会有起色,局面如何能够打开!为此目的,本刊将辟专栏组织开展这一专题讨论,这一期刊出施斌祥、林进两位工程师的文章,希望这是一个开端,以引起广大调查规划工作者的重视。
