创伤是世界范围内的一个重大卫生问题，国内以大型综合医院为核心的闭环式城市区域性创伤救治体系在不断推进中。而作为最基本的县级行政区域，还没有明确的创伤救治网络体系建设模式。笔者介绍余姚县区域创伤三级救治网络体系建设的体会，就创伤三级救治网络体系的组织架构、创伤信息系统、救治单元、创伤救治团队、救治流程及规范化培训、创伤质量管理、创伤社会急救能力及院前急救网络等问题进行探讨，为我国县级区域三级创伤救治体系建设提供借鉴。“,”Trauma is a major health problem in the world. In domestic cities, the closed-loop urban regional trauma care system with large general hospitals as the core is constantly advancing. However, as the most basic county-level administrative region, the right model of a trauma care system is still unclear. In this paper, the authors introduce a Yuyao trauma care model, including the organizational structure of the three-level trauma treatment network, trauma information system, treatment unit, trauma care team, treatment process and standardized training, trauma care quality management, trauma society first-aid capabilities and pre-hospital first-aid network, so as to provide a reference for construction of the county-level regional trauma care system in China.
