迄今手术切除仍是原发性肝癌获得根治的希望和首选方法，及早发现小肝癌并早期切除是提高肝癌的远期生存率的关键〔１〕。而多数肝癌患者就诊时已属晚期，如何提高肝癌切除率，把不能切除的肝癌转变为可切除的肝癌成为提高生存率的又一重要途径。我院自１９９２年～１９９８年
To date, surgical resection is still the hope and the first choice for radical treatment of primary liver cancer. Early detection of small hepatocellular carcinoma and early resection is the key to improve the long-term survival of liver cancer [1]. The majority of patients with liver cancer are already advanced at the time of treatment. How to increase the resection rate of liver cancer and turn unresectable liver cancer into resectable liver cancer is another important way to improve survival. Our hospital from 1992 to 1998
