Recently, the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Promoting the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Quality of Primary and Secondary Education” (hereinafter referred to as the “Opinions”) play a guiding, regulating and stimulating role in the reform of the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of academic education in primary and secondary schools. The primary and secondary school teachers’ evaluation of the quality of disciplines, discipline quality evaluation methods should advance with the times, innovate under the new form, and improve the comprehensive evaluation mechanism of the quality of discipline education. First, the comprehensiveness: combining academic evaluation and growth evaluation “opinions” put forward, the comprehensive evaluation should be based on the level of student moral development, academic development, body and mind hair
