甜菊甙(Stevioside,SV)来源于菊科植物甜菊。原产于南美,在原产地作为甜茶饮用已有近百年的历史。由于其无热值、无毒、高甜度,现已被广泛应用于食品工业。我国于八十年代引进种植与应用,临床发现有降压作用.我院药理室和中山医科大学等进行基础实验研究证实,确有明显的降压作用,对其降压作用的机制亦进行了初步探讨。目前临床使用中的相当一部分降压药物,在发挥治疗作用的同时升高血脂,对血脂代谢无不良影响者少,能降低血脂者更少。SV对血脂代谢的影响尚未见文献报道。为此,我们做了SV对大鼠血脂代谢调节作用的实验研究。现报道如下。
Stevioside (SV) is derived from stevia stevia. Originating in South America, it has been used as sweet tea for nearly 100 years in the country of origin. Because of its non-heat value, non-toxic, high sweetness, it has been widely used in the food industry. The basic experimental studies of the Department of Pharmacology of our hospital and Zhongshan Medical University have confirmed that there are obvious antihypertensive effects and the mechanism of antihypertensive effect has also been studied. There are fewer adverse effects on blood lipid metabolism and fewer people are able to reduce blood lipids. The effect of SV on blood lipid metabolism has not been reported in the literature.
