以Inconel718气雾化预合金粉末为原料,采用金属注射成形(MIM)工艺制备Inconel718合金材料。研究Inconel718合金烧结、热等静压(HIP)、热处理对合金显微组织、密度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经1275℃烧结后,烧结体的相对密度达到98%。烧结体经HIP处理后,达到全致密。经烧结+HIP+热处理后,组织弥散析出了大量的γ″相和γ′相,其室温抗拉强度为1250MPa,延伸率为21.7%;650℃抗拉强度为1177MPa,延伸率为16.6%,其达到或超过了同牌号锻造合金的性能。
The Inconel 718 alloy material was prepared by metal injection molding (MIM) using Inconel 718 gas atomized pre-alloyed powder as raw material. The effects of Inconel718 alloy sintering, hot isostatic pressing (HIP) and heat treatment on the microstructure, density and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The results show that the relative density of sintered body reaches 98% after sintering at 1275 ℃. After sintered HIP treatment, to achieve full density. After sintering and HIP + heat treatment, a large amount of γ "phase and γ ’phase were precipitated and dispersed in the microstructure. The tensile strength at room temperature was 1250 MPa and the elongation was 21.7%. The tensile strength at 650 ℃ was 1177 MPa and the elongation was 16.6% Meet or exceed the same grade forging alloy performance.
