根据电器工业局(82)电技字117号文,电工产品环境技术专业采用国际标准的专业标准负责人和试验站长会议,于1983年4月12日至17日在昆明召开。出席会议的有云南省机械局、西安市西电公司、上海市机电一局、天津市一机局、有关研究所和环境试验点组长单位等,共58个单位75名代表。 会议期间云南省机械厅的杨副厅长、机械院的苏林副院长、机械部仪表局的秦磊处长,都到会讲了话。会上由广州电器科学研究所就环境技术行业如何采用国际标准,提出了初步打算及意见;介绍了电工产品环境技术行业(1983～1985年)标准化工作规划及对环境试验测试网点进一步完善、充实以及如何使之符合IEC标准要求,发表了意见。会议期间设计总
According to the article No. 117 of the Electric Appliance Industry Bureau (82), the professional standards of the environmental technology of electrotechnical products using international standards and the meeting of pilots were held on April 12-17, 1983 in Kunming. The meeting was attended by Yunnan Province Machinery Bureau, Xi’an West Electric Company, Shanghai Electrical and Mechanical Services Bureau, Tianjin Municipality’s First Machine Bureau, relevant research institutes, and pilot units of environmental pilots, with a total of 75 representatives from 58 units. During the meeting, Deputy Director Yang of the Machinery Department of Yunnan Province, Vice President Su Lin of the Machinery Institute, and Director Qin Lei of the Machinery Department of the Ministry of Machinery all spoke. At the meeting, Guangzhou Institute of Electrical Science and Technology proposed preliminary plans and opinions on how to adopt international standards for the environmental technology industry; introduced the standardization work plan for the environmental technology industry of electrical products (from 1983 to 1985) and further improved and enriched the environmental testing and testing network.
